Loretta J.Barr, Author, speaker and coach is on a mission to help others shine through setbacks. As president of ACCESSI seminar and consulting services (ASCS), She has led the ASCS organization since its inception. With more than 28 years of experience in career management. learning and leadership development consulting, she assists her clients by guiding and encouraging them with both personal and leadership development journeys.

Prior to her extensive consulting experience. Ms. Barr served in leadership positions for organization in telecommunications. Medical device manufacturing financial services and aviation. Ms. Barr is an adjunct instructor for HR Management certificate series and formerly served in undergraduate and graduate level faculty positions teaching foundations of business and leadership and organizational change management programs. Ms. Barr and her Bachelor's degree in engineering science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and her Master's degree in business administration from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
